The PREPARE Foundation is a registered Health Promotion Charity providing Perinatal Relationship Education and Paternal Advocacy, Research and Engagement programs and services to expectant fathers and their families. We aim to improve mental health outcomes for dads by revolutionising the way they approach the birth of their first child so they are better able to manage their expectations of early family life. Our vision is to empower fathers to thrive in their fatherhood journey, creating a positive and lasting impact on their lives and the lives of their families. We believe that every father has the potential to be a confident, loving, nurturing, and engaged parent, and we strive to provide the tools, resources, and support needed to make this vision a reality.
