Preparing 4 CARE is a 100% free service for anyone in the UK that may require short or long-term care, either now or some point in the future. Preparing 4 CARE is designed and funded through a partnership between a leading healthcare training provider Training 2 Care (UK) Ltd, who operate the Virtual Dementia Tour and the Autism Reality Experience and Community Integrated Care, one of the UK’s largest social care charities providing support to over 3,500 people across the UK.
