At the Pre-Pro Institute for Sports Psychology (PPI), we believe the mental training and mental health of an athlete is as important as their physical training. PPI was founded to foster the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of athletes. By alleviating the Psychological barriers that arise from emotional and physical injuries like stress, anxiety, relationship problems, mental illness, PTSD, or financial problems, we can help improve peak on-field performance. The Pre-Pro Institute is designed for aspiring and professional athletes. A performance specialist evaluates each athlete and creates a personalized plan to maximize their performance. Each performance plan is unique and may consist of Psychological, Psychiatric, Therapeutic remedies, and counseling. However, each athlete has the option to choose which specialty/specialties they prefer.
