PRES-X is an innovative company based in Rubiera (Reggio Emilia, Italy) working in the Additive Manufacturing sector, specialized in highly qualified post-processing solutions both for additive and traditional manufacturing: from depowdering to precision surface finishing. In PRES-X a number of cutting-edge technologies are developed and industrialized to make post-processing more efficient, cheaper and green, covering all necessary phases in a single plant through a fully automated digital approach. It was the first company to install a HIQ60 system by Quintus, a technology especially designed for AM components. This system performs high pressure heat treatments, with specific characteristics for a complete control of the heat cycle, enabling heat isostatic pressing (HIP) and heat treatment. In 2020 BEAMIT Group acquired a significant stake in PRES-X.
