Prescient Capital is an India focused, public market investment fund that aims to generate attractive absolute risk adjusted return over the long term by investing only in high quality listed companies run by honest and competent management teams at valuations that offer significant margin of safety. We follow a rigorous research and due diligence process to evaluate business and management quality and then patiently wait to invest in high quality companies at attractive valuations that lowers risk of not only permanent capital loss but also sub par returns. Prescient Capital is founded by Sonal Minhas and Anubhav Mukherjee. We have a combined investing experience of more than 15 years at India’s leading private equity firms, where we have generated cumulative return of 3x+ on corpus of 100 Mn $+ under personal advice. A significant portion of our net worth is invested as per the same recommendations that we offer to our clients thus we treat our investors’ money with same investment discipline, rigor and responsibility that we apply to our investment portfolio.
