Presentient was launched by Prof Dan Nicolau in April 2019, two years after he started developing it.
Dan is a mathematician and medical doctor with a background in biocomputation, stochastics and network analysis. Following a DPhil from Oxford, Miller Fellowship from UC Berkeley and BM BCh Medicine from Oxford. Recently awarded the prestigious Future Fellowship of the ARC, he is Associate Professor of the Mathematical Sciences at QUT, Visiting Professor of Experimental Medicine, Oxford and Visiting Fellow to the Mathematical Institute, Oxford. Dan has written 50 papers and raised over USD 20mn from investors and government.
