Preservation Realty is an impact-driven real estate development company anchored in historic rehabilitation with complementary new construction. We leverage Historic Tax Credits, New Markets Tax Credits, Low-income Housing Tax Credits, Opportunity Zone financing and similar tools, while working closely with municipalities and community stakeholders to restore underperforming historic properties and revitalize neighborhoods.
