Pressmech Progressive A.Ş was established in January 2012 as a subsidiary of Rollmech A.Ş and as of July 2012 it started off its serial production activities with the machinery, which is equipped with the most advanced technologies. Operating in an area of total 6,000 square meters, of which 3,000 square meters is indoors, our firm, which owns a press park from 110 Tons to 800 Tons, also carries out production with a Coil Feeder system and predominantly with progressive tools in all of the press machines. 1. Progressive Press Sheet Forming Pressmech Progressive A.Ş uses progressive tool technology to produce the components of complete products such as sliding door rails, door locks, door hinges, luggage hinges, seat locks, front bonnet hinges for various brands and models of vehicles in a successful manner. 2. Tool Design, Production and Maintenance Supported by Catia and Uni-Graphic programs, tool design and tool manufacturing as well as all kinds of tool maintenance activities are conducted within the firm together with the studies developed by expert staff. 3. Project Management At Pressmech Progressive A.Ş, we manage projects with a service understanding that exceeds customer expectations, encourages creativity and always looks for abstract approaches and the processes that will produce innovative products that provide an added-value for the customers are being developed. 4. Machinery Pressmech Progressive A.Ş. serially produces DKP and Galvanized sheets having thicknesses between 1.00 and 6.00 mm for the tools with the length up to 3.500 mm through its modern production devices by employing progressive tooling method. 5. Competences All of the works carried out within the scope of Pressmech Progressive A.Ş are supported by; • SAP, CATIA, UNI-GRAPHIC programs • 20 and 10 Tons ceiling cranes • Scrap discharging container used throughout the factory underneath the press machines • Die-Washing Unit • Wire EDM cutting machine • 3D CMM
