Preston Drake Architects is a DC-centric Architectural firm with a nationwide presence that was founded on the experience of seasoned architects Bob Preston and Mark Drake. Preston Drake provides planning and architectural design services for multifamily, mixed use and retail developments, specializing in dense urban sites and transit-oriented projects. Each team is led by a principal who is involved from the initial planning stages through project completion. We employ the latest in technology to assist our clients in 3D visualization of the projects using REVIT. In addition, we work with our client to achieve a consistent and buildable set of contract documents, minimizing RFIs and construction issues. Quality control reviews are conducted at every stage of the process and we constantly welcome the input of the owner, contractor, and subcontractors.
