2. Unorganised communication : Currently the communication between the client and their accountant is very unorganised which sometimes happen on email, sometimes over whatsapp and sometimes over call leading to issues

No record management : Currently if I ask any founder to get me the acknowledgement reciept for GST filed 2 years back or the sales summary file shared by them for that GST for a certain timeframe, they wouldn't know where it is and also sharing files over whatsapp and email and then trying to maintain them over multiple google drive folders is a huge pain.

Prevale's compliance tracker solves all of these problems by giving a task based experience where clients will be given certain tasks to do for a particular compliance and once they do that they get every detail and report regarding the same and in case they have issues, we have in app messages supported by not so buggy whatsapp and email based notifications and reminders.
