Lastly, we offer team and individual sessions centered on the teachings of and models from the Arbinger Institute (Leadership & Self-Deception & The Anatomy of Peace) to create restorative cultures and strategies. All sessions and workshops are inspired by and facilitated through the LEARN MORE model, which was developed by the Prevenient Consulting team to increase the engagement and effectiveness of all facilitated sessions.
