Prevent Overdose Inc.

Prevent Overdose Inc. is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to equitably distributing harm reduction supplies to high-risk individuals likely to witness or experience an overdose. Over the past year, we have distributed $90,000 worth of Narcan, an opioid overdose reversal drug, to over 450 low-income and unhoused individuals at no cost. Since our inception, we have documented at least 15 successful overdose reversals. Prevent Overdose Inc. has 8 divisions in Florida and aims to open more divisions across the state and Northeast region to meet an ever-growing need.
