Prevention in Action

“Prevention In Action” is a primary prevention project for the reduction of NCDs, co-funded by EU, in support of policies developed by the Member States, in a coordinated and wide-ranging action for the prevention of NCDs cardiovascular diseases and diabetes at the individual and social level. With representation in 5 countries, the Project is coordinated by Portuguese Red Cross, in partnership with Spanish RedCross, Slovenian Red Cross, Italian Red Cross and Hungarian RedCross. Together we are committed to develop and implement effective and innovative strategies to address the challenges that Europe presents in terms of NCDs.
