It took us 2 years to develop the recipe and it based on more than 500 years old Russian tradition of confectionery called “Pastila": fruit puree dried in wooden ovens.
Our product consists for 60% of fresh seasonal selected berries, 30% apples, 7% beet sugar and the remaining 3% are fresh leaves and spices, added to enrich the flavours.
All the range of berries for the bars are strictly seasonal, all are hand picked by small family-run farms in Ukraine, and this is the reason why their scent, aroma and flavour are so delicious
