About Pride and Less Prejudice

Pride and Less Prejudice (PLP) works to promote positive LGBTQ+ representation by providing age-appropriate LGBTQ+ books to Pre-K through 3rd-grade classrooms. We believe that such representation not only normalizes LGBTQ+ identities in classrooms, but it also fosters the support of LGBTQ+ and questioning youth themselves, making them feel more at home in educational spaces.
