PRIDE Payments was founded in December 2010 as a direct response to the lack of a strong, innovative and customer-centric merchant acquiring company in the electronic and mobile payments space. PRIDE is a registered Independent Sales Organization and Merchant Services Provider of HSBC Bank via Global Payments Inc. in Atlanta. We provide small to mid-size merchants a state-of-the-art PCI-DSS compliant virtual terminal payment gateway for credit/debit card processing. We are currently developing targeted lead campaigns in-house using our unique online inbound marketing tools that allow us to quickly build a strong, socially interactive relationship with potential customers. PRIDE is currently in negotiations with HSBC in Canada on plans to expand our business north of the border by the end of 2011.
