European Pride in Aviation - EPAN - is the international partner organisation of the NGPA. Our joint mission is to build, support and unite the LGBTQIA+ aviation community around Europe and beyond.
With community in focus, our members benefit from having a safe space and social network where they can truly be their authentic selves, where they may not be able to otherwise do so at home or at the workplace.
Our work with the industry aims to unite all airlines, flight schools and aviation companies across all areas of aviation to make our industry more inclusive and thus a better place for all.
