As well as project management of the planning process, he is also an expert in identifying the right consultants for the project and ensuring budgets are realistic and managed throughout the planning process. Added experience in contract negotiation, site acquisition, and exit strategies ensures his clients are protected throughout the process. In partnership with investors and industry experts across Europe, India, Sri Lanka, China and North America, Shan has helped deliver his client’s growth strategies beyond the UK market. He has managed land and property portfolios, advising on strategic land opportunities for private landowners, pension funds and PLC’s.
