Prima Group has the following companies 1. Prima Agro Ltd. Presently Prima Agro Ltd, has cattle feed manufacturing units in Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi. The units can produce 500 tons of cattle feed per day. The company was incorporated in July 1987 and it made a Public Issue during August 1993 and is listed in the Bombay Stock Exchange. It has been engaged in relations with Kerala Solvent Extraction since the last 15 years. 2. Prima Industries Ltd. Prima Industries Limited, was incorporated in November 1994. The Company went public in 1995 and is listed in the Bombay Stock Exchange. It has three divisions viz (a) Solvent Extraction (b) Edible Oil Refinery and (c) Animal Feed. The Company in 1995 started the Solvent Extraction and Oil Refining Plant at Kanjikode, Palakkad. The Company started Cattle feed Manufacturing operations in the year 2009-10. 3. Prima Beverage Pvt Ltd. Prima Beverage (P) Ltd, an associate of Prima Group of Companies based in Kerala, has a packaged drinking water plant near Aluva, Kochi. The unit has a capacity to process around 18000 KL of water per annum. This Company is manufacturing Packaged Drinking Water for the last 20 years. The Processed water is marketed in 300 ML, 500 ML, 1.0 liter, and 2.0 liter PET bottles and in 20 liter containers. This unit has incorporated the most modern Ozone technology to produce packaged drinking water conforming to International Quality Standards.
