Prima Competencies Private Limited is a knowledge company providing solutions on competency based assessment methodologies for quality training in diverse learning segments ranging from School drop-outs to Engineering graduates working on core sectors like manufacturing, engineering and services. The company is engaged with Sector Skill Councils of Automotive, Apparel, Iron & Steel, Tourism, Logistics, Green Jobs, Beauty & Wellness, Construction. Prima has completed about 1,50,000 assessments in 23 states across the country since its establishment. The company employs 120 assessors with an average experience of 4+ years of working in the similar industry. It has 40% of its assessors on payrolls and ensures that each assessor undergoes a 10 days Assessor Training & Development Program created internally. The USP of its assessments is to be able to undertake assessments round the year without any breaks because of a dedicated panel of assessors on its payrolls and adhere to the rules & regulations of the Sector Skill Councils. All the assessors have been certified by the respective SSCs. A dedicated team of content developers, constituting of experienced professionals with domain knowledge and content writers, are engaged in creating simplified version of curriculum for each of the job roles as per the National Occupational Standard. The content prepared is then validated through the respective industry/SSC. These books are available for the training partners to provide to their trainees as course material. Team of professionals are available to take up training of trainer programs for trainers to understand NOS, teaching methodology and assessment methodologies thus to prepare them to be able to deliver courses on job roles in the manufacturing sectors.
