Each project has fully separated investor(s), finances and legal structures. Each project has a typical target valuation of € 1M to € 15M. In parallel, the Company also continually enlarges its long term, cash-flowing portfolio of properties. Company’s success and competitive advantage lie within more than 35 years of combined real estate industry experience, intimate local knowledge, powerful network of contacts and conservative approach to risk. Over 400 properties have been constructed, sold or operated in Slovakia up to date.
