Primary Care Connect has a proven record of delivering high quality programs in the Shepparton Region. We currently deliver over 24 programs with an annual income of over $4Million. This expansive range of programs demonstrates our understanding of a broad range of issues in our community, and we have developed an extensive skillset to support our facilitation of change and support for people. We have demonstrated over many years our capacity to develop and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with the broader service system through formal and informal arrangements. This enables us to deliver timely, holistic, wrap around services to our clients that consistently achieve positive outcomes. We have a strong focus on clinical supervision in our organisation, and this ensures an evidence base in all of our work, and provides a framework for professional growth and reflection.
