They have collaborated for over a decade on developing and supporting high performing leaders and leadership training curriculum. They have worked in industry - ranging from technology companies to healthcare to big 5 consulting firms - and have been part of readying leaders for performance on both battle and playing fields. They pride themselves in taking a collaborative approach with clients to provide meaningful and evidence-based impacts to organizational cultures. PLD partners with a portfolio of subject matter experts in areas such as human motivation and behavior change, administrative leadership, inclusion and diversity, law enforcement, and performance metrics to bring the highest level of service to clients.
