They have seen, first-hand, what works and does not work for coaches to become successful in their practices. Now, they have gathered all this experience, tools, and cumulative knowledge and combined them with current industry standard methodologies to produce a specialized, carefully crafted experience focused on the serious-minded learner seeking quality and value. PRIME Coaching Academy's mission is to train the best coaches in the world. We do that with a blended approach that emphasizes both the art and science of coaching. This methodology is designed to liberate the coach practitioner to apply coaching concepts in a natural and integrative way. We see ICF certification as an inherent byproduct of this approach.
