About Prime Specialty Contracting

Prime Specialty Contracting has three business units, each targeting specific markets. Prime Mechanical Contracting performs commercial and industrial plumbing, mechanical, and sheetmetal projects throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Prime Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling performs traditional residential and commercial plumbing, heating, and cooling service in Marquette And neighboring counties. Prime Metals & Materials is a 6,000 square foot sheetmetal fabrication facility (former location of Pellow Roofing & Sales). Our campus has an an additional 4,000 square feet of indoor storage on 1.5+ acres in the City of Marquette. We execute our field services as a signatory contractor and belong to the Upper Peninsula Mechanical Contractors’ Association.
