Founded in 1923 by Aristodemo Primultini and based in Marano Vicentino (VI), Italy, Primultini is a family-owned company and a long-standing reference in the industrial sawmill sector. For over a century, we have been designing and manufacturing machines and complete systems for primary wood processing, with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and long-term value. Our product range includes log band saws, complete carriages with feed systems, and fully integrated sawing lines, all tailored to meet the specific needs of sawmills and wood processing centers worldwide. In its path of continuous growth, Primultini acquired the historic Italian brand Bongioanni, once its main competitor in the log sawing segment. This strategic acquisition allowed us to preserve and enhance a key part of Italy’s mechanical heritage, incorporating Bongioanni’s patents, know-how, and technical documentation into our offering. With thousands of machines operating globally—many in service for over 45 years—we continue to support our customers with durable technologies and long-term technical expertise.
