More than a decade ago, land on Pageland Lane was destroyed with the construction of massive Dominion Power transmission lines. This forever transformed the rural setting and reduced property values in the area. Now Pageland is sandwiched between a quarry and a three-million square foot data center. This has caused it to become a major cut-through for commuter and construction traffic to and from Loudoun County. We were handed a bunch of transmission line lemons, so now we want to turn them into lemonade for all.
