We also pay our landlords and trades regularly so that you get your money quicker and we have an excellent relationship with our trades so they prioritise our work so issues are fixed quickly and to a high standard. We also can pay utilities and rates bills from the rent money and charge the tenant for their water usage so you can maximise your return from your investment
