Priority Space Ltd delivers commercial property regeneration schemes across the UK - creating new spaces to benefit communities. The company is owned by co-directors Adam Richardson and Lee Buchanan who both have a proven track record in creating high-quality and sustainable commercial spaces to stimulate regeneration and economic growth. We specialise in creating commercial accommodation for small to medium sized enterprises. The space is available for sale or to let, enabling small businesses to choose the type of property and tenure that is most suitable for their growth and development. We work in partnership with local authorities and government agencies to ensure accommodation is designed and created to fit the demands and requirements of the communities we work with.
