Planning support with extensive avionics knowledge and brand experience, including Garmin, Aspen, Honeywell, Collins, and Sandel
Wiring diagrams designed with AC-specific wire coding and BOM lists for easy part ordering.
Detailed 3D drawings and realistic rendered images provide insight into how components will look mounted, both on the front and rear of the panel. Due to our collection of cockpits and avionics bays, we will know it won't fit before you even see the aircraft.
High-end large-format fiber laser engraving and laser cutting.
Custom MIL spec PCB switch and component assemblies.
CNC machining and panel fabrication
Sheet metal fabrication
Overall installation management and design support
Design and manufacture of custom backlit led panels. These can be used for new or replacement of aging EL or incandescent panels.
