Founded in 2009 by a hedge fund ODD veteran, Lauri Martin Haas, the company is 100% dedicated to operational due diligence on private equity, venture capital, real estate, private credit, and hedge funds. PRISM is one of the only independent ODD providers that does not provide any investment advisory services.
