Die PRISMA Fachhandels AG wurde als Gemeinschaftsgründung von der Europakontor GmbH & Co. KG und der büro actuell e.G. im Jahr 1982 in Köln gegründet. Angefangen hat die PRISMA AG mit 18 interessierten Fachhändlern – davon sind einige heute noch dabei.
Heute sind wir im deutschsprachigen Raum die führende Kooperation mit mehr als 800 Fachhandelspartnern mit den Sortimenten Schreibwaren, Buch, Bürobedarf und Papeterie. Unser Ziel ist es, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Partner zu stärken, auszubauen und nachhaltig zu sichern.
Die Kompetenz der PRISMA AG liegt bei Ladengeschäften, die Geschenkartikel, Papeterieprodukte, Schul- und Bürobedarf, Spielwaren und Bücher im Sortiment führen. Um den steten Veränderungen im Marktumfeld Rechnung zu tragen und den Anforderungen der Mitglieder zu entsprechen, wurden Kooperationen mit weiteren Partnern geschlossen.
