PRISMA began its journey in 2007, in Caxias do Sul/RS. It began its activities in the trade of chemical products and vegetable oils. With an entrepreneurial spirit, the company expanded in 2008, opening a branch in Joinville/SC.
The adventure continued to grow between 2013 and 2018, when PRISMA stood out by winning RS Export awards, recognizing its excellence in trading. In 2014, the company took a bold step by starting industrial operations.
In 2016, under the light of innovation, it leased a biodiesel plant in Sumaré/SP. Three years later, a new era began when it started its own biodiesel production. Consolidation occurred in 2021, with the acquisition of the Sumaré/SP unit, reaffirming its position in the biofuels sector.
With ISCC certification in 2022, PRISMA expanded its borders, starting to export biodiesel globally. In 2023 and 2024, it shone on the podium as the largest biodiesel exporter in Brazil. Always ahead, PRISMA continues to innovate and expand sustainably, ready for any future challenge in the field of renewable fuels.
