Welcome to Prison Pharmacy Connect! PPC is a platform dedicated to raising awareness of prison pharmacy professionals. Prison pharmacy is often overlooked so much so that many emerging and existing pharmacy professionals are unaware of this sector. If people don't know we exist, they won't know what we do! It is also the first pharmacy platform to connect with people who have lived experiences of being in prison to learn about their rehabilitation journeys from the perspective of medicines, healthcare and beyond. Why...? Healthcare professionals usually see one side of the story. Let's paint a whole picture by learning the ups and downs of peoples' rehabilitation routes, including access to healthcare when reintegrating back into society.
