Pristine is a produce driven restaurant bar. In a cosy ambiance, we’ll offer small plates to share and contemporary cocktails that highlight the simplicity and uniqueness of our ingredients. Pristine means „primary, original“, and for us the principles of hospitality are based on pleasure and sharing an experience. With a focus on vegetal cuisine and a close collaboration with our distributors, we’ll focus on the produce of the Île-de-France region. Eco-responsibility being a core value to our business, we will integrate a large amount of substandard and so called „waste“ products, as well as modern and traditional techniques to minimize waste.
