We manage end-to-end GDPR maturity assessments at system and department level involving benchmarking organisation’s "as-is" with GDPR requirements and preparing gap analysis reports with relevant recommendations, compliance roadmaps and work packages as well as the development of privacy related policies and procedures, the development and implementation of organisation wide privacy programmes and the delivery of training and awareness campaigns. Advising a cross sector client base, on a daily basis in relation to the following legislation; The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), e-Privacy Directive, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (“PECR”), Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), Network and Information Systems Directive (“NIS Directive”), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Data Governance and ISO27000 standards.
