Vision – To connect private businesses owners and operators as they hire, grow, acquire and invest in their businesses, employees and communities. NC Private Businesses - North Carolina has over 10,000 private businesses across 19 industries and 716 sub-industries. The Charlotte MSA has ~4,500 mid-size employers (20-100 employees) with ~160,000 employees, annual payrolls of $6 billion and company enterprise values of $5 - 100 million. Member Benefits Business owners can join free of charge by providing basic information about their business and ways we can provide content and value to them. Members will be invited to participate in regular in-person receptions and online guest speaker roundtables. Members will receive help finding talent, raising capital, and sourcing acquisitions and investment opportunities. They will also benefit from private wealth, commercial banking, insurance, tax and other counsel from our advisory partners. Members will receive a Monthly Private Business Trends Report highlighting trends from peers on customer patterns, sales, expenses, M&A, capital raising and other industry trends. We ask that members complete a 3-minute survey about their business and trends once a month. We will provide an annual Charlotte and North Carolina Private Business Report of mid-size businesses by industry and sub-industries with data on employee counts, sales and contact information.
