Prizm Solutions was formed in 2006 and 19 years later we've grown from working in a garage at home with 1 member of staff to a lovely big office with 17 of us rattling around in it! In the meantime we've won over a dozen awards including Best Small Business of the Year in 2008, Best Loved Broker in the UK in 2010 and the Bluefin Network Star Broker award TWICE! We are an Insurance Brokerage. We are part of the Hedron Network (which just gives us a bit extra buying power) but we are totally independent and simply do what is right for our clients. Our specialism is SME Business insurance and on the back of that both Household insurance (especially for dead people and/or with other unusual features) and Legal Indemnity insurance (Missing Beneficiaries, Missing Wills, Rights of Light insurance) all of which we'll happily see if we can help you with. Our 'hit rate' for new clients is 60+%, so we're able to help over 3 out of every 5 people who approach us. Our retention rate for existing clients is 97%, so most people who become our clients like the way we operate & stay with us. Our biggest client has a turnover of over £300 Million. Our smallest client has an annual turnover of less than £5,000, so we can cater for all shapes & sizes of business and if you want something we can't do, we'll do our very best to point you in the direction of someone we think may be able to help you. We deal with over 100 insurers and underwriting agencies but if their credit rating isn't good enough then we won't use them. We are reluctant to deal with any organisation who haven't got at least a BBB credit rating & are not based in the UK, quite simply because we have concerns about their ability to be there when you need them i.e. in the event of a claim. It may be a cliché but we care. Doing the job right & getting the client the right policy at the right premium and, in the event of a claim, get the full settlement to which they are entitled are the only things that matter.
