At ProActive, we use techniques to nudge the body towards self correction.

These techniques, which use exercises, can be used repetitively and aids long term healing. Also, this treatment is non-invasive - it requires no surgery or hospitalization. When we treat the ailments through exercises, we also teach each patient to use those techniques themselves.
These exercises essentially isolate and strengthen different muscle groups relieving the stress on bones, ligaments and other muscles. They are not to be confused with those one would undertake for fitness or bodybuilding.
