Pro Forma Futures

Pro Forma Futures (“PFF”) is an education initiative working to increase diversity in finance and consulting. We introduce candidates who are currently underrepresented across these industries (women, people of color, LGBTQIA+, and folks from other diverse backgrounds) to the various post-graduate opportunities available to them, then provide ongoing support as they pursue these roles. If you’re interested in a career in investment banking, private equity, sales & trading, equity research, corporate finance, wealth management, or consulting, the PFF team can inform you about the role, provide you with a network, and, critically, teach you how to succeed during the recruitment process. The PFF Team is comprised of young professionals that work in a variety of roles across the finance and consulting industries. We can provide advice and information that is both valuable and, traditionally, difficult to get access to. We’ve all been through recruiting recently enough to still remember the “blocking-and-tackling” aspects of it that more senior professionals are less familiar with. We also know what it’s like from the other side of the table; many of us now facilitate interviews on behalf of our employers and have additional insight into the candidate evaluation process.
