Pro-Mil Engineering is a state of the art manufacturing facility based in Central England and specialising in the CNC precision milling of large engineering & industrial components.
Founded in 1981, we have sustained managed growth through continued investment in large multi-axis CNC Gantry Mills, supporting resources and the highest calibre personnel.
Our current capacity comprises of seven CNC gantry milling machines with single set up capacities from 5,000mm x 3,000mm to 9,500mm x 4,500mm. Components up to and beyond 20mtrs are machined in multi set ups. Overhead crane lifting capacity ranges from 10 Tonnes through to 50 Tonnes.
We partner our customers both technically and commercially; working together to reduce costs and minimise lead times whilst remaining ever vigilant with regard to quality standards.
Despite the continued pressures of global sourcing within the broader engineering spectrum, Pro-Mil are committed to providing an exceptional level of service as one of the foremost sub contract machining facilities within the UK.
As well as ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 accreditation Pro-mil has gained a significant number of customer based approvals, and continues to work for many leading UK and European organisations covering a broad range of engineering applications including aerospace, automotive, defence, rail, marine, power generation and satellite communications.
