English Below برو-تون للتعلم وتكنولوجيا التعليم مؤسسة غير حكومية تنشط في مجال تنمية رأس المال البشري في شمال افريقيا والشرق الأوسط وتركز على سد الفجوة بين نظام التعليم وسوق العمل. 1. نعمل على سد الفجوة بين التعليم الأكاديمي من جهة وسوق العمل والمهارات من جهة أخرى. 2. حث اليافعين والموهوبين على بناء مواطن قوتهم في سن مبكر والدعوة لنشر ثقافة اكتشاف المواهب. 3. دعم قطاع التعليم وتسخير جهود المؤسسة لدعم رحلة التعلم منذ الصغر ونشر ثقافة المواكبة والتطور الذاتي. 4. إعداد كوادر تتبنى حب العلم والمعرفة لتسخيريها في خدمة المجتمع والإنسانية. 5. نشر الوعي بأهمية تنمية الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو بعض التخصصات التي يطلبها سوق العمل ولا تدعمها الثقافة المحلية. 6. الحلول التعليمية الذكية التي تخدم المجتمع بطرق إيجابية وفعالة. Pro-Ton for Learning and Education Technology is a non-governmental organization active in the field of human capital development across North Africa and the Middle East. It focuses on bridging the gap between the education system and the labor market. We work to bridge the gap between academic education on one hand, and labor market needs and skills on the other. We encourage youth and talented individuals to build on their strengths from an early age and promote a culture of talent discovery. We support the education sector and dedicate the organization’s efforts to empowering the learning journey from early childhood, while spreading a culture of adaptability and self-development. We prepare individuals who embrace a love for science and knowledge, using it in service of society and humanity. We raise awareness about the importance of developing positive attitudes toward certain disciplines that are in high demand in the job market but are not widely supported by local culture. We provide smart educational solutions that serve the community in positive and effective ways.
