3. دعم قطاع التعليم وتسخير جهود المؤسسة لدعم رحلة التعلم منذ الصغر ونشر ثقافة المواكبة والتطور الذاتي.
4. إعداد كوادر تتبنى حب العلم والمعرفة لتسخيريها في خدمة المجتمع والإنسانية.
5. نشر الوعي بأهمية تنمية الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو بعض التخصصات التي يطلبها سوق العمل ولا تدعمها الثقافة المحلية.
