I started my virtual bookkeeping firm to help small business owners grow their business. I do this by providing you with accurate and timely records, giving you the power to run your business with the confidence of knowing exactly where your business stands financially.
I enjoy working with a variety of industries because it keeps me constantly gaining knowledge and allows me to become better at what I love to do. I purchased a small business 20 years ago and started doing my own bookkeeping and from there I have been a bookkeeper working for small businesses for the past 15 years.
I work with clients who are in the beauty industry who just need some help keeping up with the month end book work. They don't have the time to sit down after a long day and do paperwork. It is important for them to know exactly where their business stands financially because income fluctuates from month to month. By providing a quick turnaround time on the books I am able to give them the information they are looking for to run their business successfully.
I also work with clients who have government contracts. Full services is need, AR, AP, payroll and an open connection with the firms CPA. A strict guideline must be followed when it comes to the structure of the accounting system and how it is set up.
My experience also includes working with small construction companies, engineering companies, auto repair business, and a golf country club.
