Proactive Therapy LLC

Proactive Therapy is an outpatient clinic working in homes, assisted livings and adult daycares offering three disciplines; physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech pathology. Our team of professionals work together to improve the overall quality of life for the individuals we serve within the community so they can be at their greatest potential in all aspects of their life. Therapists provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care through the use of proven interventions, while motivating patients during treatment to obtain an optimal level of function. Our Physical and Occupational Therapists promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, while our Speech Pathologists assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, and oral/feeding/swallowing skills.
