Procassa-Fischer a German-Bosnian company founded in 2016. Our mission is to create the necessary conditions for the complete production of complex CNC machines and machine systems of all types and purposes, relying exclusively on domestic design, engineering and production capacity. Procassa-Fischer is a company mainly based on engineering and project management services together with CNC machining production.Procassa-Fischer is a fast growing company focused on innovation and development. Our business is divided into 4 main cores: Production, Engineering services, Steel products supply, Welding services. Main goals • Establishment of objectives (feasibility analysis, selection of resources, concretizing of results of anticipated production stages) • Regular consultations (full exchange of information between a customer and our company, analysis of expectations, conclusion of correction plans) • Projects monitoring (customer receives information throughout all stages of a project) • Projects management (resource coordination, evaluation of a project process, observation of variables, adjustment actions in order to meet the deadlines of a project implementation and guarantee perfect results).
