Process Design Partners is an interdisciplinary team that acts as a consulting engineering company within the food and processing industry. We advise, design, and execute integral process solutions. Our consulting model means that the customer is accompanied throughout the entire “lifetime” of a project (Pre-Engineering, Detail Engineering and Execution including testing and commissioning). Our goal is to help to design a process with an emphasis on efficiency, hygiene, and concern for the environment. We have a wide knowledge in different areas of the food industry, with special in green proteins, thermal and wet processes, and CIP (cleaning in place) systems.
The competences within Process Design Partners consists of, among other things:
Project management (including planification, procurement and logistics).
Technical calculations (e.g. Utilities requirements and specifications)
Process design (including P&ID, equipment lists, i.a.).
Complete CIP process design.
3D Design and modelling (entire process plant and individual components).
Manufacturing drawings
Commissioning and start-up
Documentation management (CE marking, EHEDGE, Machinery directive, i.a.).
We have an experienced team where every member is responsible for one of the above areas, but that at the same time functions as a well-oiled unit in the execution of the project itself. Mechanical and Process engineers, designers, and documentation managers complete the team we have put together to ensure that we can handle all the phases and tasks during the execution of a project.
