No setup is required; all you need is a web browser and we manage the rest, including software updates and regular backups. In addition to people processes, users get a large suite of tools for collaboration such as blogs, content management, message boards, calendars, directories, wikis, and many others. And the tools can be customized on a per-user or per-company basis.
