Disk drive upgrades allow users to increase the storage capacity of their laptop and desktop computers, extending the life of their initial hardware investment. Its CD/DVD-ROM servers and arrays allow users to access software and data stored on these media. These appliances and data storage products are marketed and sold primarily through distributors, Value Added Resellers, system integrators, and its sales force under the Procom brand.
