Procommunity CIC is led by an experienced and dedicated team sharing over 60 years working with and for communities. With expertise in community development, project design, organisational strategy development, fundraising, service design, evaluation, event and workshop facilitation and partnership development, we are excited to be able to offer our experience to benefit communities across the East of England. Working at all levels, from grass root project delivery to influencing policy at a systemic level, Procommunity CIC is about bringing communities together to help develop greater connectivity to one another than the assets they share; supporting them to help identify the things that matter most whilst realising their collective potential to help achieve their best. Procommunity CIC also recognises the valuable role that the voluntary sector plays in their communities and offers its experience to provide personalised support to VCSE organisation to help them sustain, grow and do what they do best. Our dedicated package of support often includes helping identify organisational development needs, project design, sustainability, feasibility, evaluation, organisational strength analysis, fundraising and governance to name but a few.
