PROCON STEEL is ship repair service (based in Gdynia/Poland) specializing in steel structures and pipe systems. We also provide reliable air conditioning and ventilation solutions. We have our own workshop (with access to quayside), which allows us to efficiently manage prefabrication of each construction and elements. Additionally, we are able to perform onboard services with our flying squads providing service worldwide. Team members holding seaman books and US working visas, so we can join the vessel and complete assigned job. Our service offer includes: - steel component replacements and welding work, ­- prefabrication of any type of steel structure based on the documentation provided, oval and rectangular shafts, foundations for deck equipment, other structures and elements individually determined by the customer, ­- design and install black steel, stainless steel, cunifer, and GRE/GRP pipelines, ­- supply ballast systems, cargo pipes, pressurised air, mapress or ermeto, ­- heavy-duty ductwork prefabrication (steel, stainless steel, aluminium), ­- HVAC system installation, ­- mechanical equipment installation, including fans, heaters, and air conditioners, ­- riding repair teams. At PROCON STEEL, we will tailor our services to your requirements, regardless of the scale of the project. We have made complete BWTS systems, including pipe prefabrication and assembly on vessel both during vessel stay and normal operation at sea. We offer scrubber installation both for manufacturers and the Owners. Scrubber assembly includes prefabrication of foundation construction, strengthening as well as piping and GRE systems installation on newbuilding and retrofit vessels.
